Transformation consultancy Change Network and digital transformation development specialists Optima Digital Solutions have formed a strategic partnership that will drive acceleration for public sector clients using the Granicus platform.
As part of the agreement, Change Network will provide service design and management capabilities and Optima will provide blended development capability to support councils already using Granicus’ GovService products to set up for success and to optimise their existing technology.
The unique partnership is designed to ensure councils have access to the skills that they need to deliver a high-quality customer experience that supports revenue savings, at an affordable price.
