Change Network, founded by former Socitm Advisory duo Kate Lindley and Georgia Thwaites, will work with councils and essential service providers to deliver smarter, customer-centric transformation at an affordable price.
The team is focusing initially on providing strategic consulting capabilities and has developed specific offers in relation to system specification, selection and implementation, and low code CRM capabilities, including a low code health check.
With clients already in both housing and local government, Change Network anticipates steady growth in 2023/24 and is forming partnerships with several trusted partners across both sectors as it lays foundations for the future.
Kate has more than 20 years’ experience working in, and with local government and housing to deliver digitally enabled change. She said: “Local public services are on a knife edge after years of funding cuts. A radical re-imagining of what it means to provide services in 2023 and beyond is needed as old ways of working simply aren’t sustainable. This needs to have collaboration at its heart – working with and alongside customers and communities to co-design services that meet their needs, are affordable and that improve outcomes in the long term.”
