Are you passionate about driving digitally enabled change, innovation, and new ways of doing things? Do you enjoy delivering projects? Do you want to improve public and wider essential services and make a difference? If so, we’d like to hear from you.

Change Network are looking for someone to join our team on a permanent basis, who has experience (1-2 years) of working in, or for essential services providers delivering transformation projects with a specialism of Business Analysis and/or Service Design.

About the Role

As a Trainee Consultant at Change Network, you’ll work with senior members of our delivery team and with our clients to support them to define needs, to understand and frame problems and to advise on solutions.

You’ll use your broad organisational skills to support project delivery typically specialising in one area of practice (e.g. Project Management, Business Analysis, Service Design, Change Management), always ensuring that you help our clients to understand and frame the ‘big picture’ before reaching for solutions that are both pragmatic and strategically sound.

You’ll manage time, cost and quality constraints for the elements of the delivery for which you are responsible and will work as part of a cohesive team against a common vision to deliver the inputs, analysis and outputs needed that enable our Managing and Senior Consultants to provide honest and impartial advice to our clients.

You’ll represent Change Network’s values and ethos in everything you do, making clear in your actions and ways of working what it is that we stand for, helping us to become the ‘go to’ supplier of choice for customer-centric, digitally enabled change.

Most importantly you will always ‘do the right thing’ for our clients and demonstrate personal integrity in everything you do, building long-term trust.
