The Change Network Team has signed up to take on the Yorkshire Three Peaks as part of the Public Sector Challenge.
Organised by the Chief Executive at Rochford District Council and Brentwood Borough Council, the event will see hundreds of public sector employees and partners walking the three peaks of Pen-Y-Ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough over a 12-hour period on 6th September, in aid of Cancer Research.
“For us the challenge combines all of the things we love – teamwork, practice, determination and fun – and all in aid of a fantastic cause” says Director Kate Lindley.
Training for the event is already underway – and with a competitive edge given some of Change Network’s clients, partners and former colleagues are also taking part!
“It’s a great way to get fit, have fun and give something back” says Director Georgia Thwaites, “We know a lot of the teams taking part, so I’m sure it will bring out the best in all of us – and is set to be a great event.”
