Are you passionate about driving digitally enabled change, innovation, and new ways of doing things? Do you enjoy leading and delivering projects? Do you want to improve public and wider essential services and make a difference? If so, we’d like to hear from you.

We’re looking for an experienced management consultant with a passion for customer – centric service design and a team orientated approach to lead projects and programmes for our clients.   Our ideal candidate will have experience of Business Analysis or Service design and will support the shaping of new service offerings as we grow.   There is huge opportunity for personal and career growth with this role, so we are looking for a self-starter with a ‘can do’ approach to work who can turn ideas into action.

About the Role

As a Senior Consultant at Change Network, you’ll work with our clients to support them to define their needs, to understand and frame problems and to advise on solutions.

You’ll use your project and people management skills, analytical mindset and passion for people-centric, digitally enabled change to lead multi-disciplinary teams, helping our clients to ‘join the dots’ to enable effective change and transformation, ensuring people, process, technology, data and strategic considerations are taken into account, and that change is well managed, and outcome focused.

You will use your broad management consultancy expertise to lead delivery activity and projects while specialising in one area of practice (e.g. Project Management, Business Analysis, Architecture, Service Design, Change Management), always ensuring that you help our clients to understand and frame the ‘big picture’ before reaching for solutions that are both pragmatic and strategically sound.

Managing time, cost and quality constraints, working at all times within agreed budgets and timescales, you’ll motivate team members to unite towards a common vision, providing honest and impartial advice to our clients, supporting and (where necessary) offering constructive and professional challenge to maximise successful outcomes.

You’ll represent Change Network’s values and ethos in everything you do, making clear in your actions and ways of working what it is that we stand for, helping us to become the ‘go to’ supplier of choice for customer-centric, digitally enabled change.

Most importantly you will always ‘do the right thing’ for our clients and demonstrate personal integrity in everything you do, building long-term trust.
